Please make sure you send in a complete application. We require a $10 credit check fee per person living in the dwelling if you do not have a credit report to give us from the past 6 months. All applications are processed in the order they are received. To hold an apartment while we are reviewing your application, you must put down a security deposit. The deposit is equal to the amount of rent paid each month. An application that is submitted with a security deposit will be processed before applications received without the deposit.
